Terms & Conditions

We provide web design, development, and related digital services as agreed upon in your project proposal, quote, or service agreement. Any additional features or services requested outside the original scope may incur extra charges or refusal.

We will make reasonable efforts to complete your project within the estimated time frame. However, delays may occur due to client feedback, late content delivery, or technical issues. Timelines are estimates and not binding.

As a client you agree to:

Provide all necessary content, images, logos, and materials in a timely manner.

Ensure any materials supplied does not violate third-party rights or contain offensive content.

Review progress and provide feedback as needed to meet project deadlines.

Unless explicitly included, ongoing hosting, updates, and maintenance are not covered under this agreement. This is to be handled by the client.

You may cancel the project at any time via email or voice-call. However, payments made are non-refundable.

If we cancel the project due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be refunded for any incomplete, prepaid work not yet delivered. 

By purchasing a web design the client immediately agrees to our non-refund policy although if in the events that there is a valid issue for example an incorrect logo or a severe bug with the client may be subject to a refurnish to there website.

We will not be held responsible for:

Any loss or damage resulting from use or misuse of your website.

Downtime or technical failures of any sort (exception are held into account)

Loss of income, data, or reputation due to delays or website issues.

We will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose or use any data for purposes other than the project, unless required by law or with your consent. We at Upmysite do not condone any illegal or malicious software installation or usage of the website and therefore are not responsible for any legal problems resulting in our site.. Shall we discover that the intentions of our services are not legal your request will be denied and reported to the authorities. You are responsible for ensuring that your website content and functionality comply with relevant laws (e.g., data protection, copyright, accessibility regulations) This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that region. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
