All payments made to Upmysite are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to upfront deposits, milestone payments, and full-service fees. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the final product, change of mind, or cancellation of services. -
No Refunds Upon Cancellation
If you choose to cancel a project or service before its completion, no refunds will be issued for any amount already paid. You are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation. -
Service Satisfaction
While refunds are not provided, we stand behind the quality of our work. If there is a problem with the website or service delivered, we will happily revise or reform it to your satisfaction in accordance with the original scope of work. Final Delivery
Once a service has been delivered and approved, it is considered final. Any additional revisions outside the scope of the original agreement may incur additional charges.
